Meet the Team
FounderJo Price
My fitness journey started at 16, when I was told—very honestly—that I was “too fat to join the Armed Forces.” It stung… but it also lit a fire.
Four years later, after eight months of British Army Infantry training, I graduated as Best at Physical Training and Best Overall Recruit. That experience set the tone for the next 12 years of military service, including deployment to Afghanistan in 2012. Those years taught me discipline, resilience, and what the body (and mind) are truly capable of when given the right support.
In 2021, during lockdown, I decided it was time for a new chapter. I packed up my life—along with my Labrador and best mate, Jack—and moved to Australia to study a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition). That journey opened my eyes to just how powerful nutrition, lifestyle, and proper support can be for both physical and mental health.
I’m now preparing to undertake a Master of Science by Research at the University of the Sunshine Coast’s National PTSD Research Centre, where my work will focus on helping combat veterans improve symptoms of depression and complex PTSD through nutrition-based interventions.
These days, I’m settled in Buddina on the Sunshine Coast, living a life that took many years of hard work to build—but one I’m incredibly grateful for.
Coaching isn’t just what I do for work.
It’s what I care about.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, I’d love to help guide you back to feeling strong, healthy, and confident again.

Chief Menu Designer
Jack Price
Jack is our resident Labrador and Head of Menu Design. While he doesn’t contribute to calorie calculations or macro targets, he plays a vital role in quality control—particularly when meals involve meat, leftovers, or anything dropped on the floor.
Highly food-motivated and endlessly enthusiastic, Jack specialises in taste testing (unsolicited), morale boosting, and reminding us when it’s time for a break. His interests include long walks, short naps, and reviewing menus based solely on smell.
Jack brings joy, balance, and a strong bias toward protein to the team.
