ABOUT JO PRICE CLINICAL NUTRITION
My interest in health began through years working in physical training, performance coaching, and the military, where I saw firsthand how nutrition, stress, recovery, sleep, and lifestyle could dramatically impact both physical and mental performance.
Over time, I became increasingly frustrated by the oversimplified approach often seen within the health and fitness industry, where people are frequently reduced to calories, macros, and generic advice, without addressing the underlying factors contributing to poor health.
This ultimately led me toward clinical nutrition, with a focus on understanding the deeper relationship between digestion, hormones, metabolism, stress physiology, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.
Today, my approach combines evidence-based clinical nutrition with practical, personalised support designed to help clients improve their health in a realistic and sustainable way.
